Our interview process consists of 2-3 stages, including anonymous resume submission, a phone screening by our People and Culture team, and interviews with department representatives. You may also complete a technical assessment or exercise. We feel an interview process should be two way, so have your questions for us at the ready - whether about the role, team or culture.

We prioritise transparency, provide feedback throughout the interview process and want candidates to feel as prepared as possible for each interview stage. If you're not successful for a particular opportunity we would still love to be in touch with you for future roles which may be more suited to your expertise. 

Our core values shape our company culture. They should be reflected in all your interactions with the BritBoxers you meet and speak with during the interview process. 

Once you accept a role with BritBox and your start date is confirmed, you'll  receive a notification from our People Portal, Bob, where you will share personal details and upload a profile picture, helping you connect with your new team.

Our 12-week 'Tuning In' process begins once you become a BritBoxer. You'll receive details for your first day, have calls with your team, and be assigned a buddy for support. A guided tour of the building and a welcoming meeting with our People and Culture team will also help you settle in.
