Job Purpose:
Working with the Content Delivery Manager and Director, the Content Delivery Coordinator will assist in the scheduling and metadata entry for all content for both our owned and operated platforms and syndication partners. They will also assist in managing video, caption, and image delivery to ensure that all assets go live as scheduled and troubleshoot when problems arise.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager, Content Delivery, in the scheduling of BritBox programming in our online scheduling tool
Proof scheduling in the BritBox scheduling tool and also on partner sites, Amazon Prime Video, Apple, and Roku
Keep abreast of any last-minute changes to daily soap-opera content and make sure any version changes properly input and reflected for all platforms
Conduct publication and quality check for program releases on all platforms
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to answer any inquiries and troubleshoot any playback or display issues regarding video, captions, images, or metadata
Assist with the onboarding of new syndication partners, territories, and platforms as the service expands.
Become an expert in all content delivery workflows to assist in correct content delivery and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Support teams with any requests that arise
Skills and Personal Attributes:
Good understanding of handling content and users
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required
Familiarity with organization and ticketing tools like AirTable and Jira are a plus
Familiarity with ChatGPT a plus
Experience using Outlook and Slack is valuable
General knowledge of British television is a plus
Extremely organized, with great attention to detail
Strong ability to multitask
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with all stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree, in media a plus
Experience in TV programming or scheduling or digital media
Experience with any programming/scheduling tools a plus
Familiar with Microsoft suite and Adobe creative suite, particularly Photoshop
If NY based role add in the following:
Salary Range: $55k-65k base salary + competitive benefits + bonus potential
