Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to lead and support key projects at BritBox International that cut across multiple business functions, including Marketing, Product, Editorial, Strategy, Tech, and Data. The successful candidate will be responsible for being “the glue” that holds projects together, driving rigour and progress. This role will support creating efficiency across a variety of initiatives, including end-to-end delivery, overseeing operations, and developing and implementing new systems and processes. We are looking for individuals that are bright, with the ability to quickly get up to speed and build relationships, supporting change with organisation and energy. 

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a Project Manager who will play an important role in shaping and delivering some of our key initiatives, working cross-functionally to ensure successful execution, from scoping to delivery. 

• You will be a curious self starter and help to drive impactful change, optimize processes, and in doing so help enhance the overall customer experience. You go the extra mile to get the project over the line, identifying problems and be passionate about streamlining workflows and implementing best practices. 

• You will be a hands-on team member, enjoy learning about different areas, tracking / clearing risks and issues, running project plans and be prepared to go the extra mile to do a fantastic job. You’ll be responsible for co-ordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with granular project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

• You’ll be flexible and comfortable working outside of your comfort zone on projects to meet the business need. You will be working with stakeholders across business functions and should be happy to work both within and outside of the product / tech delivery space.

• You will support the Programme Manager in pulling together materials for various projects across the business and managing the overall projects portfolio.

• We are a small agile team so the successful candidate would be expected to be flexible to work on projects pending the business need, be willing to muck in whatever the task and have a no job is too big/too small attitude

Knowledge and Experience:

You may not have held a formal Project Manager title, but you’re known for driving projects forward and being the person your colleagues want on their side.

• Is skilled at creating clear, compelling materials, including high-impact presentations for various audiences.

• Is a strong writer and communicator, able to distill complex information into clear messaging, able to engage with stakeholders and drive alignment across teams. 

• Is highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Advocates for and excels in facilitating efficient, productive meetings that drive results.

• Is comfortable working with and supporting senior leadership, able to manage stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across teams.

• Is willing to take on a variety of tasks to ensure project success and has zero ego. Embraces being a team player wholeheartedly. 

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment, balancing agility with structure 

• Approaches work with kindness, respect, and curiosity and has great people skills.

• Experience in management consulting, product management or a background in tech, startups, or other fast-paced environments, is a plus as is any experience with AI.
