Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to lead and support key projects at BritBox International that cut across multiple business functions, including Marketing, Product, Editorial, Strategy, Tech, and Data. The successful candidate will be responsible for being “the glue” that holds projects together, driving progress, and creating efficiency across a variety of initiatives, including end-to-end delivery, overseeing operations, and developing and implementing new systems.

Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a Project Manager who will play an important role in shaping and delivering some of our key initiatives, working cross-functionally to ensure successful execution.
• You will help drive impactful change, optimize processes, and in doing so help enhance the overall customer experience.
• You will be a hands-on team member, enjoy leading and shaping projects, tracking / clearing issues, running plans and be prepared to go the extra mile to do a great job.
• You will also work on identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to improve operational effectiveness.
• You will also support the Project Management Director in pulling together materials for various projects across the business

We are a small agile team so the successful candidate would be expected to be flexible to work on projects pending the business need, be willing to muck in whatever the task and have a no job is too big/too small attitude.

Knowledge and Experience

• Is a "doer" who thrives in project management—able to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget while working effectively with senior stakeholders. You may not have held a formal Project Manager title, but you’re known for driving projects forward and being the person your colleagues want on their side.
• Is skilled at creating clear, compelling materials, including high-impact presentations for various audiences.
• Is a strong writer and communicator, able to distill complex information into clear messaging, able to engage with stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Advocates for and excels in running efficient, productive meetings that drive results.
• Is comfortable working with and supporting senior leadership, able to manage stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across teams.
• Is willing to take on a variety of tasks to ensure project success and has zero ego. Embraces being a team player wholeheartedly.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment, balancing agility with structure
• Approaches work with kindness, respect, and curiosity.

Experience in consulting, product management, martech or a background in tech, startups, agencies, or other fast-paced environments, is a plus.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 base + competitive benefits + bonus potential

Please note that the salary range is intended to give as an indicator of the salaries that could be attributed to the breadth or experience for a given role. All candidates will be measured based on their level of experience.
